Residual heat boiler technology and equipment
The residual heat recycling system is a complete set of equipment that recovers residual gas heat to produce mid- and high-pressure saturated steam. It has the furnace (the reactor), the residual heat boiler, the gas bag, the steam superheater, and the connecting pipe system. The core component is the Flexible thin tube sheet waste heat boiler, or more commonly known as the residual heat boiler or the steam generator.
Product features
The product effectively recovers residual gas heat to reduce pollution and energy consumption and improve the overall workshop heat efficiency. It plays a key role in keeping the production facilities in long-term safe operation.
Application scope
It can be used in ammonia synthesis, coal gas making, sulfur recycling, hydrogen production, methanol making, LNG, coal gasification, propane dehydrogenation, large ammonia synthesis and many other existing chemical processes that deal with high-temperature, high-pressure, and easily combustible and explosive gases. Efforts have also been made in recent year to cover low-temperature residue heat recycling. The equipment has been getting larger with higher technology intensity.
